What’s been happening:

Hon. James G. Horn has been reappointed for a second term as a Delaware Magistrate. He recently served as the President of the Delaware Magistrates' Association. He has participated as a Presiding Judge at the university level and at the High School Mock trials, both in Delaware an in the national competitions.
